Dear,

As per configuration our current business procedure is,user can select Ship to party in order level other then it is not assign with sold to party.

Hence as per New requirment, by which process i can put a check if my ship to party is not assign to my customer master data then system should not allow to enter any other ship to party.

D o suggest its too urgent.

Dear parul

Standard will allow to maintain a different ship to party which has not been maintained in sold to party customer master. However, if you want to control this, apply User exits in the program MV45AFZZ - USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_VBAK.

This user exit is used to transfer the datas from customer master fields into the sales document.
