In BW 3.5 while executing web queries - No prompt for password change

Hi,

While executing web queries it does not give a prompt to change password when the user logs in for the first time. In the case of using BEx and SAP Gui it gives a prompt.

Any comments would be helpful..

I found this note and it looks right but it says to use BSP's to implement. Not sure if i want to implement this.

There is a slight difference in the web queries. Here its not a typical web query created in Bex but the business has implemented a different query through a web application designer tool which does not give a password prompt.

Trying to find out a solution.. Appreciate your reply.. Thanks
