Delivery block given for customer , did not work..

Delivery block given for customer , did not work.. customer have been blocked for delivery on 20th and released on 24th but delivery created on 21st. Can some one share the reason.

Dear David

Go to XD05, select the blocked customer and see what numeric value is maintained for Delivery Block. Go to OVLS, check whether the box [DDueList] is selected against that numeric value. Most probably, in your case, it has not been ticked and hence the error. Please select that box and retry.

Hi David,

The path for OVLS is:

IMG->LE->Shipping->Deleveries->Define reasons for blocking

[Enter]

Next screen choose Deleveries: Blocking Reasons Crieteria.
