Hi,

I am having problem in receving email from scot. When i sent email from sap to my outlook it takes 3 - hours back. I have scheduled back ground job every 5 mins. There is no error in trace file also.Only think is its taking too long.

Can some able to assist me on this issue, it will be really great.

I will reward the point.

Thanks.

Vel

Have you looked in the header of the message? That might provide an indication of where the delay is happening (it might be in something like an exchange server).

Hope that helps.

Hi,

I checked Exchange Mail Server, there is no issue in that. Still we are getting after 1-2 hours later email.

Thanks.

Are you sure the SAPConnect process is running every 5 minutes? Or are there other entries for SAPConnect that are missing from the log below?

Thanks,
