Problem with the alert inbox

Hi,

I have configured the alert/ alert rule (currently with no restrictions). I get the alert once. The next time the alert never gets in to the inbox. If I complete the "1" alert I already have in the box, another one appear. Basically I get only one alert in my box.

Any clues?

This is because you might have checked the "Suppress multiple alerts" checkbox in alert rule in RWB.

If you uncheck that,you will get alert for each and every error(also for retries)
