Permissions / Roles for running SOAMANAGER

Hi All,

We have just upgraded to sp 14 on ECC6. I am trying to run SOAMANAGER but it asks me for authentication. Even when I use J2EE_ADMIN, it still doesnt lets me log in.

PLease help with what all roles do I need to fix this.

please open the Visual Administrator, navigate to server > services >

Security Provider and select the component

sap.com/com.sap.engine.services.webservices.tool*wsnavigator

Please change to the Security Roles tab and select WSNavigatorRole.

Change to edit mode and assign this role from the role reference

SAP-J2EE-Engine/administrators to SAP-J2EE-Engine/all (which should be

by default mapped to the Everyone UME group). Save the settings and

call the URL again. There should be no more authentication requested.
