No need to log in to SAP.
From the SAPGUI login pad, click the small box on the upper left hand corner, and select "About SAP Login.

Hi Janice,
login to your SAP system.
Run the t-code SM04 (transaction).
You will see the complete details of your session such as client number, user name, computer name, login time etc.
This solves your query completely..
