Displaying PDF Documents inplace of the CV02N ?

Hi.

we want to display PDF documents via Adobe Acrobat Reader inplace in the transaction CV02N.

Actually we're using the setting "%AUTO%" for the workstation application. But this works only

for out-place viewing.

Maybe a way is to

use the embedded viewing of PDF files in the standard browser.

But how to achieve the in-place-display of PDF documents ?

Any ideas or suggestions ?

Thanks.

Sebastian

Hi Sebastian,

Instead of using %AUTO% u can try out this in DC30,

PC pdf 1 pdf %SAP-OFFICE-INTEGRATION.INPLACE%

PC pdf 2 pdf %SAP-OFFICE-INTEGRATION.OUTPLACE%

PC pdf 3 pdf %SAP-OFFICE-INTEGRATION.INPLACE% %MAXSIZE%

hope this helps u.

Thank You,

Manoj

Hi.

thanks for your suggestions.

but i want to use the acrobat reader to view the documents, because the acrobat reader has more

functions than the ECL Viewer. For example, saving the document as PDF, etc.

Do you a way to achieve that ?

Using these setting, the acrobat reader opens, but its viewing OUTPLACE.

PC pdf 1 pdf %SAP-OFFICE-INTEGRATION.INPLACE%

PC pdf 2 pdf %SAP-OFFICE-INTEGRATION.OUTPLACE%

PC pdf 3 pdf %SAP-OFFICE-INTEGRATION.INPLACE% %MAXSIZE%

Is there a way to view a PDF document INPLACE and not using ECL Viewer ?

Thanks a lot,

Sebastian

Hi Sebastian,

unfortunately the only possibility to display PDF files internal in the SAP window is to use the ECL Viewer. Please do not use the SAPOFFICE parameter because the SAP Office Integration shouldn't be used to display PDF files. Please use the ECL Viewer parameter for displaying the PDF files internally or the parameter value %AUTO% for displaying the PDF files externally.

Hi,

Pls use the ECL viewer to view the PDF file.

Pls use "EAIWeb.webviewer2D.1 %SAP-CONTROL%" in Workstation Application.

Regards,
