Two question,Please help

Hi,everyone

I am newer in SRM,now I have two question .

1、when I logon my SRM IDES system，It displays u201CLogon not possible; none of the active logon procedures is possible u201D，I have actived all service with T-code SICF.What is the reason?

2、 I download documents using MS Excel.I open the macro,and then i open the Excel .But the Excel does not display the correct format.Why?\

1. Is log on faining for both the GUI i.e. SAP GUI & WEB GUI of SRM

also check installation of SAPGUI
