May I know has anyone come across the following error message in GTP?

The quantity is printed 0.

The reason I found that this error message appeared was because there were duties applicable (tables = /SAPSLL/CUSB1 + /SAPSLL/CUSB2) which were for a unit of measure (field DIMUM in these tables) but the articles associated with the relevant HS Code / Classification did not have that matching unit of measure.

Solution should then be as simple as creating the missing unit of measure for that particular article.

Hi,

Just check if quantity conversion is maintained properly. You can maintain quantity conversion in SAP NetWeaver > General Settings > Check Unit of measurement.
