Email to Proxy : Attachment content format issue

Dear All,

I am having some queries in a scenario which I have configured that is Mail to Proxy.

When I send a mail from outlook wihout attachments I get the correct data as shown below.

-<xim:Mail xmlns:xim="http://sap.com/xi/XI/Mail/30">

<Content> testing in progress /Content>

</xim:Mail>

But when the same data I send with an attachment in the content field I get the content with some html information.

I want only the data as "testing in progress". Is there any configuration that needs to be taken care of in the Mail Sender adapter to reslove this one.

Can anyone please provide some inputs on the same

Hi,

I have ticked the Use Mail package and Keep attachment check box. Also Content Encoding is specified as None.

Where to set the content type to text/plain.Are you talking about content encoding box.

if you are using mail package then there is a field called as content type where you can set the type..

Also you can set this using the Message transform bean in the chain of module processor

Have u checked the Keep Attachment checkbox in sender communication channel?
