which copy control field will i have to mention

Hi

I Have a scenario like my what ever the items in the sales documents it should be carried in to billing with out pricing how can i control this in copy control. Please give me in detail which routine in which field should i customize

Hi,

When you are configuring copy controls , we have a field called price type .

Please use the option D for not follwoing the prices in the billing doucment

Hello Rack,

If U meant pricing, there is a field called pricing type--put a value 'D/E'. It would not change the prices originally determined in Sales Order.

thanks for your quick reply I am asking what are the setting we have to maintain example from sales order all the materials copied into delivery ok from delivery to billing when copying from delivery billing all the line sholuld be copied into the billing document with out pricing how can i configure.

which copy control i have to use whether vtfl or vtfa

which control filed should i use to ful fill my requirement

Hello Rack29,

For copying control from Delivery to Billing, it is VTFL.

And here, at the item level, maintain a value 'D' or 'E' in the field pricing type.

the materials are copied as it is..

however, at header level in VTFL, for ex. from LF to F2, the copying reqmnts field should be maintained as '003.

for item level, copying reqmnts = '004'.
