Sales order extension how?

hi guru...i have create sales order on the12/07/08 and quantity 125 pc...my delivery date was 12/07/08....i hade delivered 25 pc..rest 100 pc now i want to delivered...show the error massage...Sales order has expired kindly arrange for the extension..

i have change the date in request delivery and schedule line...

but again show this massage..

kindly suggest me..

Hello,

I don't think there is a validity date maintained in the standard sales order. Check whether you have any customised field Valid to in the sales order.

Please let us know the message number... this can be obtianed by double clicking the message.

hi lakshmi.. this is domestic sales order..and sales is based on contract but contract has validity date .31 July...sale coder position is open....

then suggest me what to do....

Dear Aqueel,

As the Sales Order was created with reference to Contract & the contact has expired.

Try changing the Contract date & then delivery the order. It should work.

hi i have solved the problem myself...in sales order header there is option..for detention date...i put there date..and problem short out
