Hi,
Which are the Java roles for WSNavigator in Process Integration 7.1 as there is no Visual Administrator,

it is okay, if role is not exist then you can create..
There is UME action called "wsnavigator" by using that you can access WSNavigator.
do this way.
1. In portal create a role by name 'WSNavigator role' (any name will do)
2. assign UME action "wsnavigator" ( search for string *WSNavigator*) to role 'WSNavigator role'
3. now add role 'WSNavigator role' to any user.
after doing this, if it is still not working then add role "SAP_JAVA_NWADMIN_LOCAL_READONLY" to user.

The Role for WSNavigator is called "WSNavigatorRole"... clever huh!

To set a user as part of the WSNavigatorRole, proceed as follows:
a. Open the Visual Administrator.
b. On the Cluster tab of the Visual Administrator, choose Security Provider.
c. On the Runtime tab, choose Policy Configurations tab, and then choose sap.com/com.sap.engine.services.webservices.tool*wsnavigator.
d. On the Security Roles tab, choose WSNavigatorRole.
e. To switch to edit mode, choose
f. Choose Modify.
g. On the Security Roles area, choose all, and then choose Save
