partner function(EC) determination in sale order item via user exit

Please advise if you are available, Thanks firstly!

I want to populate partner function(End customer) to sale order items automatically according to one customzied conversion talbe(sold to code/sale org./customer part number/internal part number) during the new creation. Is the user exit 'EXIT_SAPLV09A_003' available?

the origin field needs to be changed from existing u2018Cu2019 to u2018Xu2019partner determination procedure.

Please let me know if you have better and effective idea on this kind of requirement.
