Error during CE install - Can't start JAVA

Hello all...

A rather simple question here...

I am currently trying to install CE on Windows 64bit, and at the point of the install instance basics where it is attempting to start the java components, it times out and fails after 5 minutes. I believe this is too short a time, and is not allowing things to completely start.

How can I go about increasing this from 5 minutes to a higher time?

Leave the install at the error point, where the button for retry is displayed. Then, go into the back and try to start the JAVA instance manually. Once the JAVA instance is started, click on retry and you should be able to get past the error point.
