Archiving means the processed messages will be backed up and stored on a
file system. Once they are archived then we can't see the messages anymore
on the database. Only the history of the processed messages can be seen.
Deletion means.... once messages are archived, the left-over history will be deleted.
Unless you archive first, you can't delete the history of the messages.

You have to create logical paths and then assign physical path to these logical paths.
