Genesys G plus adaptor integration with ECC 6.0

Hello all

Can anyone please pass me any documentation or link on the Genesys CTI, Gplus adaptor , GVP (Genesys voice platform)to study the compatibility of Genesys with SAP (4.6C to be upgraded to ECC6.0)

Hi,

there is a Genesys Gplus adapter for SAP ERP. It integrates via the SAPhone to offer telephony services in the CIC.

You can find documentation on the Gplus adapter on genesys tech support site.
