Missing Reason codes in Firefighter - Urgent

Dear Gurus,
We have issue with Firefighter for reason codes. We have configured Reason codes in the dashborad but when i try to login as firefighter, I can not see the resaon codes to select and hence it is not allowing to login.
When i check the Reason code table /VIRSA/ZFFRCD in SE16, I dont see any entries, where as I can see enetries in text table of reason codes /VIRSA/ZFFRCDT. But when I check the /VIRSA/ZFFRCD table in SE16N, I can see entries.
Why the table is not updated. Is there anything i need to check.
Please help me.

Hi Vijay,
Possible reasons for this can be that the table entry for this reason code is "inactive". This you can check in SM30 --> Maintain table. Try switching it to active if it's inactive.
Also, in SE16 you have the same option in the activity field for this table, which you can choose to be "inactive" or "active", as per your requirement.
