Hold Field not working in the Shopping Cart for Purchaser

Hi,

We have used BADI - BBP_WFL_EMPL_WI_BADI in Shopping Cart so that the Purchaser will hold the Shopping Cart after doing the changes.

The scenario is whenver Requester created the Shopping Cart, it will go to Purchaser for approval and if he make any changes in Quantity and Price of Shopping Cart, it will go to Requestor for Acceptance of changes.

- Here the Buyer has made some changes and wants to hold those changes

in the shopping cart, so that it will not be trigerred back to the

Requestor for approval. But whenver Buyer made some changes in

Quantity ,Amount and Product category than hold the shopping cart and

complete the Approval step, it is go to Requestor instead of getting

saved in the Purchaser's Inbox as per client's requirement.

Steps for Reconstruction

___SCENARIO NO.1 ( Not working fine)___

(1) Requestor created the shopping cart.Than it goes to the Purchaser

for Approval.

(2) Purchaser puts the shopping cart on Hold by tick the Hold field.

(3) Purchaser increases the quantity and Complete Approval step.

(4) Since the SC was on hold it should remain with the Purchaser in its

approval inbox so that the Purchaser can make further changes.

(5) Instead it has gone to the Requestor for ACCEPTING CHANGES as below.

SCENARIO NO.2 ( Working Fine)

(1) Requestor created the shopping cart.Than it goes to the Purchaser

for Approval.

(2) Purchaser puts the shopping cart on Hold by tick the Hold field.

(3) Purchaser completed the Approval Step.

(4) The SC remains in the Purchaser's Inbox for further Changes or

Approval.

Hi,

Thanks for the mail. We have activated Hold Button in Shopping cart so that Purchaser can hold the shopping cart after doing changes in Quantity or Price or Product Category field but currently the shopping cart after changing Quantity or Price or Product Category field in hold status goes back to Requestor instead of that it should stay in Purchaser's Inbox as he has hold the shopping cart.
