Strange characters when activating smartform (######)

Hi all,

im having a problem with long text´s and smartforms, and I've done a simple smartform with a simple text saying Hello World and when im activating the samrtform my text transforms in

Hello World#######################.

The Number of '#' is increases when i activate....

Iv tried to change the output page format and styles but the problem remains

Any suggestions ?

Hi,

Also you can check by entering the text in the script editor to avoid such issues.

I've solved the problem applying

hi..can u tell me the ECC version?

if the text editor is like a WORD like editor then sometimes we do have all sorts of problem.

In that case re-install the Microsoft office.

Hi,

Please check whether there are spaces entered after the text because the printer would convert sometimes the spaces into #s.

Also check the printer with which you are trying to check the output.
