Hi , I have been through the course HR940.I have started implementing Security for HR in my company .
1) Can i get some tips on things i should beware while implementation of HR security
2) Do's and dont's for HR security implementation.
3) fields i should consider for making org level

Hi,
There are many things you need to keep in mind while Implementing HR security.
1.If your organisation requires structural authorization
2.if yes it needs to be activated.
3.which HR auth objects need to be checked, this needs to be configured.
4.if you will be using CUA for role assignment.
5 also need to keep in mind which feilds in roles need to be made org. level.
I would suggest it all depends on the type of HR security you need to implement.
There are various documents where you can read and understan better about HR security.
