Risk category not assigned to the customers?

Hi,

1. I have the understanding that if the risk category is not assigned to the customers, the automatic credit check will not take place, is that correct? please confirm

2. Secondly can somebody please explain the difference between the static and dynamic credit check with an example.

Hi,

Yes, If u dont maintain any risk category then i think Automatic credit check will not happen.

Basically automatic credit check will happen based on the following parameters..

C.Carea + Riskcategory + Credit group = Automatic credit..

Static check :

It will consider all open sales orders and open deliveires and open billing items while doing credit check irrespctive of time period...

Dynamci :

It will be having separate fiedl HORIZON peroid which represent time duration like one month or two months...

It will consider all open orders and open delieries and open billing with in that time frame only...
