complete delivery flag is not working

I have one sales order with 5 line items, for that order i have complete delivery flag, even though it was allowing for partial deliveries. can you please guide me...

So it means even though sales document is complete order but still customer is eligible for partial delivery so that still u can do partial delviery ...

yes, partial delivery is allowed at customer master level, but at order level we activated the complete delivery flag. eventhough its allowing to deliver the partially.

plz change ur customer setting..and check.

However, for the already created order this might not be effective..

Hello Pandu Ranga Reddy,

There are couple of checks you've to do:

1) Whether all the qty in the order is confirmed.

2) in the customer master, in the Sales Area View, check the shipping tab: 'Partial Deliveries' mark the Complete delivery reqd by law and make the partial deliveries = 0.

If this helps, plz assign suitable points.

Please check whether have you activated partial delveiry for that customer in customer master data in shipping tabage in VD02..
