Spool request no. not populated

Hi All,

I am unable to see the spool request number generated in the billing output. Tough spool is generated and can be seen in sp02.

System prompts the message "Output was successfully issued" instead of displaying the spool request number.

Pls suggest the customization changes needed.

Hi,

Please check whether have u deativated Print immediately field in communication strategy of billing output conditio record in VV32 for that conditio type...
