Cannot connect to Repository- Error


I am trying to create a scenerio in IR.

But while creating i am getting a error " Cannot connect to Repository"

Is it some problem with port.

Can anyone help me out in this ..............

If it is not displayed, the Integration Directory/Integration Repository/ is not running and needs to bestarted.</p><p></p><p>Start the Visual Administrator and check whether Server &#56256;&#56518; Services &#56256;&#56518;</p><p><strong>HTTP Provider is</strong> running.
