Once everybody is given the transaction sbwp, then how do block the users to avoid creating a new folder in SHARED Folder tab.....

Please restrict the creation of folders in business workplace by using the Authorization Object S_OC_FOLCR (SAPoffice: Authorization to Create Shared Folders)

but its the S-oc_role which gives the access so removed it...
