Hi

I have a freight condition. it is a header condition. i enter freight cost in delivery (VL01N) at header level. But thats header contidion value is divided at each item and changing their net value.

for example

item 10 net price=10u20AC

item 20 net price=15u20AC

and at header level freight price=10u20AC

when i check at invoice (VF01)

item10 net price=13u20AC

item20 net price=22u20AC

I dont want to see that freight cost in item net price. I just want it to change the total price.

how can i customize that. please guide me

thanks

Hi,

That is the standard behaviour of the header condition type.

Based on whether the group condition field is ticked on or off, it will either split the header condition value to the items on pro-rata basis or it will just duplicate the header value to all the items.

However ur logic of the item price being 10*8 = 80 is unexpected as it ideally should be 10 for all the line items.

If you need a different logic, then you may have to go in for some development in the pricing area. Also be aware that this will have accounting implications at the line item level, if you are going to do this.

Hope this helps you

Normally Freight Header condition like condition type "HD00" is calculated on the basis of weight. This is a Manual condition and you have to enter it in the header screen .

It will be proportionately distributed on each item onthe basis of weight.

If you will uncheck the group condition field , the same freight amount will be copied to each item, possibly irrespective of different weight which may not be logical.

I think for your requirement you have to take the ABAPer's help.

Hi Kemal,

Goto transaction V/06 and remove the tick of group condition and the item condition.

Then the condition will only be applicable at the header level.

This will solve your problem.

Reward points if it helps.
