Annexure is nothing but a custom's issued licence. Many annexures form one licence. Each annexure will have a fixed amount for clearance for material under DEEC or DEPB licence types. As per my knowledge there is no transaction codes for this annexure creation. it will be Z Reports only you need to build up with the help of ABAPer.
