delievery block ''SP(Delievery Split Check)'

Delieveries for a particular sales area are being created with delievery block ''SP(Delievery Split Check)'. Thus Transfer order is not getting created(by job)and this is being done manually.

Question: (a) What can be the reason behind this particualr 'SP' delievery block.

(b) I have checked in IMG> LE > Shipping > Delievery> Dlvry Blck(LF--SP). If I remove this block here, I think we can get a soln. But this doesn't seem to be the correct soln. So, what can be the soln.

Check if the delivery block is there only in the delivery or is it getting copied over from the Sales order?

If it is copied from SO, then see if the order type has a default Delivery block or not. if not then see if some coding is done in the user exit MV45AFZZ.
