IDoc error status 51

Hi Experts,

The inbound IDoc(DESADV01) to R/3 system caught the error status 51 with the below error description

You have no authorization for document <POnumber> <item number>

Please suggest so as to resolve the above error.

Hi,

51 Error is at inbound.........

check the prerequisites like RFC and PORT and mainly check the authorizations..............

I checked the RFC, Port they are ok.

But the metadata I loaded for the IDoc manually in XI system refers to the RFC destination R/3 client 14 and I am testing for R/3 client 13.

Please advice is this making the issue and how to resolve it.

Check the port for R3 client 13 and verify the RFC Dest assigned to it.

hi there,

im looking at this similar problem with less information on me the only info i got is this can anyone help me out pls

IDOC Status Outbox:

IDOC failure between 13/07/2008 to 14/07/2009

1 IDOC with status 02 Error passing data to port

5 IDOC with status 29 Error in ALE service

IDOC Status InBox:

88 IDOC with status 51 Application document not posted

Hi,

Where you have seen this Error??

>>You have no authorization for document <POnumber> <item number>

and also this 51 status code is the error related to Posting the data to the application at R/3 side

Hi,

Error Code: 51 absolutely based on inbound error. Check with your RFCUSER Roles and authorizations.
