RFC connection failure

Hi,

We are testing the RFC connection SAPNET_RFC.when we perform a test connection we are getting the following error message.

Connection error service 'sapmsO01' unknown / LB: Unexpected error in LG Layer.

Help required in resolving this issue.

Hi,

Change the RFC in SM59 in that you can find a column gateway.

There you mention your gateway properly.

Check the Logical systems also..is it asssign to client or not and also check the system numberalso.

As you have mentioned to check for the authorization.it is using the id OSS_RFC,which it and RFC user.

Hi ,

SM59 -> Choose R3 Connection ->Create -> Give name of connection ,Description -> Select Type 3 .

There will be 3 Tabs available

Give Login Details , Client , User , Password in one tab.

Ip address of the system that You need to Login in other tab.

Save -> Test Connection . Then Press Remote Logon
