could anybody help me somehow about this ???
Whe I change Priority for a message in CRM_DNO_MONITOR Transaction, the Message End Date doesn't change. But I think it must. This Date is closely related to the Priority.

This Behaviour is perfectly alright..........................................
Message end date will not change after you change your priority.......
Because by default for all priority end date is the same...
No SLA is provided by SAP by default...
However SLA can on configured on Item level and not on Header Level......
