Connection time out - NIECONN_BROKEN

Hi there,

Anybody knows this error below?!

Client address of T29 is 130.1.200.32(mg-6lhj061a.cornproducts.com.br)

looks like a regular gui connectivity/network error issue..

Maybe you can post more details...

Hi Juan,

The users are talking that are working fine and when the system is not responding.

The mouse pointer is busy...and the users can not create a new session....in fact the user can not work!

The impression is that the connection between the workprocess and the database process is broken!

And searching by errors, in finded this message in the dev_disp log.

Hi Anderson,

Just do R3trans -d by logging in as <SID>ADM.. Check whether R3trans is able to connect to database or not.. If not, just paste the last 20 lines of trans.log and alert<SID>.log here..
