COMMITMENT NOT REDUCED AFTER PO

Hi,

Our client facing a problem that commitment not reduced after purchase order for Rs. 6300 which is raised based on Purchase requisition Rs.9000. Commitment is still showing Rs.6000

After purchase order he has changed as follows :

1 First he has changed Net price in purchasing document ( in document currency) 6300

2.Net order value in PO currency 6300

3.Gross order value in PO currency 6300

4.last change as Effective value of the item 6300

Could any one help me to solve the above issue why the committment not reduced to extent of Rs.6300.
