Upgraded to SRM 5 and vendor is lost on old carts

Hi. We just upgraded from SRM 4 to SRM 5 and we use the classic scenario.

A lot of our old carts created on SRM 4, possibly all of them, are somehow losing the vendor when they are approved on SRM 5 and fail to create a PO.

Could this be something to do with the vendor conversion program to convert the vendors into the vendor groups in PPOMV_BBP?

Does anyone know if there is any way to stop this happening?

Can't believe that you can also have a question !

Just a thought,

the old BP nos of the vendor in yr SRM 4.0 may not be valid in SRM 5.0 and cause the issue.

Hi. I think we actually found it. Jumped the gun with the question a bit, it was chaos this morning due to the upgrade.

Some program of some sort that must have been run during the upgrade re-created lots of old errors in the monitors, mostly about carts without vendors.

We have had no new errors since this morning, so guess it is OK now.
