Quality notification

Hi Gurus,

I have created a quality notification against a sales order and saved that. When i am changing the text of the notification using QM02 , another notification is created automatically with the same specifications. How can i avoid it?

Hi,

You can consult ABAP consultant to see if any user exits are written for QM02 transaction.

You may want to discuss this problem with your IT Administrator or Local SAP support. THere may be configuration or a user exit customized in your process.
