Sheduling caliberation order

hi

we r scheduling maintenance plan in background every month. we have more than thousand equipment. i want to system not to generate maintenance order in scheduling if equipment user status is NTAV( Not available)

my user status (00003)details as follows

AVLB-Dismantle equipment-WARNING

install equipment- Allowed

NTAV- Dismantle equipment - warning

Install equipment - disallowed

object type- equipment

Please advice me .

Any alternative method is possible in system status?

hi

if you have marked the Equipment has inactive then scheduling the maintenance plan will not generate call object

hi Tyagi,

your answer is right for system status. what about for user status not available. my scenario user status will be automatically set when equipment is removed or dismantled from site. then i want to system not to schedule for that equipment.

OK got the point,i have not test ,just try it. while defining the user status make the business transaction Assign to order items,enter PM planning data,Enter PM processing data as FORBIDDEN. and try
