Hi Divya,
As per my knowledge, each transaction code will be having a transaction varaint and a screen variant. These variants are basically nothing but controls which fileds are mandatory, hidden, supressed etc. So once you generate/create these transactions you can't change it at the transaction level but however you can do it by entering the T. code SHD0.
