hi venu,
use STAD tcode.
it will give the complete details of the tcode information like users, reports used with that tcode, etc.,.
also st03 will provide the details of only tcodes.
better to use STAD..

via transaction ST03N you are able to find out if a tcode is used in the last one, two, three months,...

Dear Friend,
I am asking how can we know that a particular Tcode has been used in the company.
Eg: sm21 is used by user1,user2 etc like this I want to know whether SM25 is used in our company.
How to know this.

Got you know...
Use STAD or ST03n... also if you use Audit tools you can search for the last time that the transaction was used.
