Receiver Mail Adapter Problem

Hi all,

we have a issue in the Receive mail adapter.

If we run the scenario in sxmb_moni level we got a successful message.

In Receiver adapter level audit log also shows successfully mail delivered.

But we can not receive any mail from sender.

Give me any suggestions to solve the issue?

In RWB check in message monitoring. check if your message have been successfully delivered.

hi,

I am getting the successful message only. In adapter level also successfully delivered.

But the message we didnt get in Inbox.

Hello,

Ask your mail administrator for to check any mails are blocking better you check it in the bulk mail also.

If still you didn't found any thing better you download any of the SMTP client from the net and check the emails in the 3rd party SMTP client.

Hi Prakasu,

Please check you spam inbox or junk mail folder. the mail might have been put into these folders.
