Customer number with 13 digits

HI,

In Airline industry for CARGO AGENCY CODES as per international

standard there should be 13 digits customer number with special

characters. (EX: 14-0 0001/0017) but standard SAP allows us to enter 10 digits only.

Could you please suggest/guide us how to proceed.

Here is the path....

Goto XD02 - General Data - Control data tab - Reference data - Location1, Location2, Check Digit are the three fields to enter the 13 digit code.

The customer master has a provision to give the ILN (International Location number) a 13 digit number with three parts 751. Please check in the General Data area of the CMR and see if this meets your requirement.

hi,

take the help of ABAPer , go to the table RF02D, in the field KUNNR, change the data type to SPECIAL CHARACTER.
