Hi All,
Please tell me how to change the shipment route in outbound delivery. I am unable to use VL02N or VT02N.
Please note that delivery has been PGI.
Need the solution urgently.
Thanks,
2tea
Dear 2Tea,
After completion of PGI you can't do the changes in the delivery docuemnt.
If you want to do the changes then do the Reverse PGI through VL09 transaction then you can change the route in the shipment document.
If you want to the changes in the delivery itself you need to delete the shipment document after reverse PGI.
I hope it will help you,
Regards,
Murali.

Hi,
The system uses four fields as search keys for determining the route automatically.
This data is normally defined in master records and in Customizing:
1. The departure zone in Customizing for the shipping point
2. Shipping condition from the sold-to party (view: Shipping)
3. Transportation group in the sales-specific material data (view: Sales:
General/Plant Data)
4. Transportation zone in the general data for the ship-to party
Also in the customizing for the delivery type LF just check that the new route determination can be carried out
Regards
Mahesh
Dear 2tea,
how to setup the route for particular customer?
The route will be determined based on these selection
Depature Zone (Shipping point zone*Destination zone(Ship to part Transportation Zone)Shipping conditions(Ship to party)+Transprotation group(Material master)--->Route*
Based on the Transportation Zone of the ship to party and Shipping conditions of the ship to party you can set up the route for a perticuler customer(Ship to party).
I hope it will help you,
Regards,
Murali.
