Smart -Form Commands

Hi Experts,

In the scripts we use the command NEW-PAGE for generating a new -page.

Can you please advice me the similar command in smart forms.

Hi,

For a new-page command, just right click at the node below which you need the portions to be in a new page.

Then click create>flo logic>command.....then in the general attributes tab, provide the page name to which the control should go.

Please note the new-page should be appropriately be controlled through a valid condition as relevant in the conditions tab.

Procedure

In the main window, create a command node in the navigation tree of the Form Builder.

On the General Attributes tab mark Go to New Page. Determine the new page using the combobox of the checkbox.

Result

The output of the main window continues on the new page, starting with the first directly inferior node of the new draft page. In the main window, SAP Smart Forms continues printing after the command node that triggered the page break.

i tink PROTECT and ENDPROTECT also same functionality as NEW-PAGE.

hi,

For triggering a new page goto create flow logic ->command.

after creating command select general attributes tab there u can find goto new page check box. u can select that check box and goto desired page.
