error while doing PGI

Dear All,

I am getting the following error while doing the PGI.

"Deficit of BA Unrestr. prev. 10 EA : BATCHTEST 0001 0001 0000000184".

I am trying to do the PGI for my material batch managed.

I can see the stock in my plant.

Can anyone tell me the reason for this error.

Hi

Please check if the batch TEST is a single unit batch. if it is a single unit batch, you cannot do multiple deliveries to this batch.

It appears that in this case the available stock is assigned to some other delivery

Check for any other delivery for which the PGI has not been done through txn VL06O

please go to table MARD put yr material no, plant and sloc and check the LABST field which represent the unrestricted stock the same u can see in mmbe by double clicking on the stock.

Dear Ashish,

Please check the stock up date with the help of MB51 and check Actual GI date in delivery.

For Example,

If stock up in plant on 11.07.2008 and you do the PGI in date 10.07.2008 then the error generate like deficit of ......
