use the help within SMP as well learn by searching.

There are many ways leading to Rome.

Hi Venkat,

When you login to service marketplace, in "Home" tab, you will find "Learn More" section. A PPT and a list of few important quick links will help you to understand SMP better. You need to spend some time surfing SMP and help portal.

SAP Help portal is a very simple and user friendly library. Using "search documentation" hyperlink, you can search information on SAP module.
