time setting in jdi?

hi,

I have a problem regarding the time it shows in the request log of my request that was created while activating the request.

i.e. it shows soemthing like "activation started at 2006-01-04 15:16:39.0632 +0:00". I think it showing the GMT, where should I change to take my local time.

something should be done at j2ee level or jdi level

Thanks

I believe you cannot change this setting: The WebAS software is intended for global usage and thus always displays times in a common timezone (GMT). The CMS Transport Studio also tells you that times are in GMT.

Hello,

I'm having the same problem: it's a SAP Web AS 6.40 and Netweaver 2004 Java only. The CMS and the DTR show everything in GMT, but the rest of the system is in CET (i.e. Europe/Berlin). I opened a SAP message and was told to set the parameter -Duser.timezone=Europe/Berlin for the dispatcher, the server and the environment of the <SID>adm (OS is AIX 5.2). I did this but it had no effect.

Is there still no possibility to change the time zone in DTR and CMS?

Thanks for your help!

Just some information:

I asked the same question in a SAP message: it's still not possible to change the timezone displayed in CMS and DTR.

Best regards,

Cornelia
