Accounting /Profitcentre Docmuments

Dear SAP Guru's

When the transfer document is generated there are 3 more documents generated

1. Accounting Document

2. Profit Centre Document

3. Controlling document.

Can you tell me where is the Number ranges of the above documents ?

I feel that the number range is exhausted for the same.

go to IMG-Financial Accounting->Financial Accounting Global setting->Document:

you can find all the document number range there.hope this will sort your problem

Dear vaneet gulati,

There number ranges is of document type RV . I want to know the document Number ranges of the Profit Centre and the Controlling documents.

The following Ranges are:

RV : 222000000

PROFIT CENTRE: 49995

CONTROLLING DOCUMENT : 40098

Where would I get the Number ranges for the Above BOLD ones?

Look for corresponding number range from their Doc types. and tcdes for respective Doc types are as following:

Controlling

>Try KALA for Controlling Doc.Number range Tcode. OK13

Profit Center

>Try GCBA for Profit Centre for Local Doc. Number range Tcode GB02

>Try GCBR for Profit Centre for Rollup.Number range Tcode GL20.

The Tcode is KANK COntrolling Document Number Range.
