Using correct SAP Kernel and SAP inst master CD for SAP 4.7X110 on HP-UX

Hi Basis Gurus,

This might be a very basis questionu2026 I am installing SAP R/3 ENTERPRISE 47X110 with Oracle 9i on HP u2013 UX IA64 rx2660 server.

B.11.23 ia64 (ta) OS version.

Iu2019ve already downloaded the software from the marketplace. I am a bit confused to see more than one type of installation masters and SAP kernel CDs. Which one shall I use? I will be installing it on stand alone server. I have referred to the installation guide but it does not contains any CD description and its area of use.

hi pranay,

i am trying to install the same. i used both cds but for db export, it expects 7 cds but i only have 4. i looked for 51019634 in swdc and it indeed should only have 4 cds. did you encounter the same problem? would you know how i can proceed?

The installation only asked for 3 RDBMS CDs... 51030357_4 had the patches.
