Creating PO in R/3 with reference to SRM Contracts

Hi all,

We have implemeted Clasic scenario and we have local contracts in SRM. Now we want to create PO in R/3 with this contracts. Is it possible to create PO in R/3 with SRM Contracts? What are the customizating settings we need to do?

Hi Ravi,

with local SRM Contract you cannot create a PO in ECC with reference. How should ECC know about local documents in SRM?

You need to make the settings to directly create the contract in ECC by implementing BADI Be_Contract_Create. Then the contracts are created not in SRM, but in ECC and can be used.

You got to create GOA and distribute to ERP. these contracts in ERP are not editable.

When a PO is created the release quantity is updated to SRM GOA.

I have local contracts in SRM, How can i move this local contracts to ECC. i know how to distribute GOA to ECC, but my client asking me to distribute local contracts. Do you any solution on this?
